Q. How long before my order
starts?
A. We will
approve your website and traffic will start going to your website within
24-48 hours during normal business hours.

Q. Promotion of Buttbegone.?
A. You will be
provided all the links and banners for you to place on your website and use
in your promotions. You may not change or alter any banners provided
without written permission from Buttbegone.. Please do not SPAM.
Anyone caught spamming will be immediately removed from the Affiliate
Program and all commissions will be forfeited.

Q. Processing of Orders?
A. We will
process all customer orders that come from your website. In order to
receive commissions on their purchases, please make sure you have your
affiliate links all have your affiliate ID Number.

Q. Referral Commissions?
A. We will pay
you 10% commission on each customer purchase from your website link. When a
new affiliate joins the Buttbegone. Affiliate Program by clicking on your
link, you will be paid 10% of all the sales they make.
We will pay you every week on Saturday and no later than the following
Monday. Once you have made $75 or more in sales, you will be eligible
for payment. If you made less than $75, you will be paid the next week when
you have made at least $75 in commissions. In the event that we issue a
customer refund, we will deduct the commission amount from your
commissions.
We make all our affiliate payments through Paypal or Direct Bank Transfers.
Please sign up for Paypal (It is a FREE service) in order to receive your
affiliate payment.

Q. Changes in Prices?
A. We advise
against putting links on your website that quote a price from Buttbegone.
as we might change the prices regularly in order to stay competitive. We
will not be held accountable by any customer linking to us from your
website quoting a specific product price they might have seen on your website.

A. For those
living in the United States, it is your
responsibility to keep an account of your earnings and file your Federal
and State taxes based upon your earnings made through Buttbegone..

This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to an individual's or entity's participation in Buttbegone Affiliates Program. As used in this Agreement, "we" means Buttbegone, and "you" means the applicant. "Site" means a World Wide Web site and, depending on the context, refers either to Buttbegone's site, located at the URL www.Buttbegone.com , or to any site that you will link to our site (and which you will identify in your Program application). By using this Web site, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use. Failure to use this Web site in accordance with the following terms of use may subject you to severe civil and criminal penalties.
Introduction:

Order Processing:
We will process Product orders placed by customers who follow Special Links from your site to our site. How Commissions are calculated:
Commissions are calculated automatically after the order placed by customers is placed and approved by Buttbegone. You can review money balance anytime using your online interface. You earn 15% commission on gross sales for all purchases via your Buttbegone affiliate link.
Refund:
If Buttbegone must refund a customer purchase you received a commission for, the commission you earned for that purchase will be subtracted from future commission earnings. Refunds can occur due to various reasons such as fraud credit card purchase, suspicious order, bank chargebacks etc.
When You Receive Payment:
You will receive money during 48 hours after you will click withdraw funds button on your affiliate interface. Payment will be sent to PayPal's email address we have in our database. You can change your PayPal's email address at any time in your affiliate account. If money withdraw amount does not exceeds $100 processing fee of %10 will apply.
Policies and Pricing:
Customers who buy products through this Program will be deemed to be customers of Buttbegone. Accordingly, all Buttbegone rules, policies, and operating procedures concerning customer orders, customer service, and product sales will apply to those customers. We may change our policies and operating procedures at any time. For example, we will determine the prices to be charged for products sold under this Program in accordance with our own pricing policies. Product prices and availability may vary from time to time. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to present accurate information, but we cannot guarantee the availability or price of any particular product.
Use Buttbegone Links:
Feel free to use your Buttbegone affiliate links anywhere on your web pages or to email the link address to friends. However, do not send unsolicited email, or "spam" containing your affiliate link. In addition, do not submit your Buttbegone affiliate link address to any search engines. You are solely responsible for the consequences of sending unsolicited email or news postings.
Limited Right to Use:
Our website grants you non-exclusive limited license to use products sold through our web site by independent content providers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions issued by our company.
Term of the Agreement:
The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Program application and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination. Relationship of Parties:
You and we are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties. You will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf. You will not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that reasonably would contradict anything in this Section.
Limitation of Liability:
We will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Program will not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement.

To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Buttbegone disclaims all warranties express or implied, including, but not limited to,

YOU HAVE INDEPENDENTLY EVALUATED THE DESIRABILITY OF PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM AND ARE NOT RELYING ON ANY REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE, OR STATEMENT OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.
Arbitration:
Any dispute relating in any way to this Agreement (including any actual or alleged breach hereof), any transactions or activities under this Agreement or your relationship with us or any of our affiliates shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Littleton, Colorado, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate our intellectual property rights, we may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Colorado (and you consent to non-exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts) or any other court of competent jurisdiction. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
Miscellaneous:
